Overview

This course extends Business Value Specialist-level skills to address higher levels of transformation scope and complexity. Participants learn advanced business value related techniques, plus further develop communication and stakeholder management skills. Sessions allow for significant interaction among attendees. The course prepares professionals for the Applying Cisco Advanced Business Value Analysis and Design Techniques exam (Exam #840-423). A passing score on this exam is a requirement for earning the Cisco Certified Business Value Practitioner accreditation.
