Overview
This course is part of the Cisco Expert-Level Training for CCIE Collaboration blended learning curriculum that helps students prepare for the Cisco CCIE Collaboration Lab Exam. It teaches students how to use an expert-level problem-solving process including options analysis to support complex Cisco Collaboration technologies and topologies. CIEC covers expert-level topics of quality of service (QoS), voice applications, dial plans, media resources and extension mobility cross clusters. The course includes a performance assessment lab which is graded twice during the course and comes with a detailed answer key. A Pre-Assessment lab is available for self-scheduling before or after the class
