Overview

The Cisco Prime™ Carrier Management Operator (CPCMO) Version 1.1 instructor-led course offered by Learning Services is a lab-intensive course that introduces you to the operational aspects of Cisco Prime Carrier Management, using the following Cisco Prime applications:

  • Cisco Prime Central
  • Cisco Prime Network
  • Cisco Prime Provisioning
  • Cisco Prime Performance Manager

Cisco Prime Carrier Management is a comprehensive suite of applications that simplifies the lifecycle management of carrier-grade networks and services. This solution simplifies and unifies the network by automating the service lifecycle (design, fulfillment, assurance, and analysis). Cisco Prime Carrier Management provides end-to-end management, from access to the data center, helping to enable carrier-class delivery of voice, video, mobile, cloud, and managed services.

The CPCMO course will introduce you to using the various suite applications to view the physical and logical aspects of the network and its devices, configure and fulfill a network service using predefined policies, and assure and analyze the configured service.

Note: This course does not include administrative topics on Cisco Prime Carrier Management, such as user management, adding devices, service policy creation, and customizing features.
This course combines lecture materials and hands-on labs throughout to make sure you understand how to use the suite to manage service lifecycles.
