Overview
The Cisco ASR 5000 Element Management System (EMS) Version 12.2 instructor-led course offered by Learning Services provides detailed instruction on how to use the Cisco® Element Management System to manage, monitor, configure, and/or administer network functions configured on the Cisco ASR 5000 Series Aggregation Services Router.

Pre-Requisites

- Introduction to the Cisco ASR 5000 for GPRS and UMTS Networks
- Cisco ASR 5000 SGSN System Administration and Configuration
Additionally, participants should have a thorough understanding of Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) and CORBA-based management operations and a basic working knowledge of applicable Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS) network operation.
