Overview
The Cisco® IP Address Management Version 8.1.2 instructor-led course offered by Cisco High-Touch Delivery Learning Services provides you with the advanced knowledge and skill sets required to successfully deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco IP address management (IPAM) in a typical network environment. You will learn the fundamental concepts on which the Cisco IPAM software is based to understand how to solve problems relating to installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. You will learn how to use centralized Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) and Domain Name System (DNS) configuration management and automated IP address discovery and utilization reporting. In addition, you will use a system command line interface (CLI) to monitor servers and other functions of the software. You will learn IPAM fundamentals and the details of the software that provides tools to manage the address space of an organization.
This course combines lecture materials and hands-on labs throughout to make sure you are able to successfully deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco IPAM in your network.
